No operating clinical service
Toliman AI LLC does not currently operate a clinician network, pharmacy, laboratory, sequencing service or medical practice. Planned partners and clinical pathways remain labeled as planned.

The constraints are
part of the product.
These are design requirements, not launch copy. They determine what PEPRA may connect, infer, display, and hand off.
Evidence before certainty
A polished interface cannot make a weak signal strong. PEPRA is being designed to preserve provenance, uncertainty, and the limits of what the underlying evidence can support.
Permission before connection
A future data pathway must be permitted by the source, deliberately authorized by the person, and limited to what the product actually needs.
Education stays separate from care
Educational interpretation does not become medical care through better graphics. Any future clinical pathway must be independently operated under separate terms.
Truth compounds
PEPRA will describe the product that exists—not the company, partnerships, integrations, or outcomes it hopes to build later.
